• Project preparation:

We will determine − in the context of business process analyses and feasibility studies − within which period, at what expense and with which functional coverage an introduction can be executed.

• Conception

We will develop − in conjunction with our customers − an overall concept for the introduction and integration of the processes.

• Project execution:

We will assist with the organisational implementation of solutions, render suitable tools available for the rapid and efficient introduction of the software, provide consultation with regard to all issues pertaining to the individual components and support configuration and customising.

• Projekt controlling:

We will plan and monitor the project together with our customers and ensure the successful completion of the project "on time and within budget."

• Training:

We will provide training for the project group, management and, where necessary, that of the final user, in customer-specific workshops.
